During every GT service, as well as at every special event, members of the Care Team Ministry take strategic positions from the entrance doors to the worship center aisles in order to greet, meet and show excellent care for the needs of guests and regular GT attenders.  We believe this team forms a vital connection between our first-time guests and what the Lord wants to do in their hearts during their visit.  Care Team members have the opportunity to incorporate a great diversity of ministries with varying degrees of involvement.

Typically a Care Team Ministry member will serve for one service every other Sunday and one Wednesday evening per month.  Attendance at a Sunday pre-service meeting is required.  This helps the Care Team member to be informed of the day's activities and have prayer together before the team ministers to our guests.
